All rental information and requirements are detailed in the rental agreement and contract. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date of your event. Please contact the Event Coordinator to review the complete rental agreement and contract. A few, but not all, of the terms covered in the contract are:
Special Event Liability Insurance for the day of event
Porta-potty rental with handwashing station(s)
A parking attendant to assist your guests with arrival (a friend or family member will suffice)
Considerations for green, sustainable, ecologically-sound cleaning and zero-waste solutions
Pet prohibitions (pets can pose dangers to livestock
We have curated a list of local vendors to help with your event. If you need referrals for caterers, musicians, florists, equipment rental, etc., please ask our Event Coordinator for our list of providers.
